At Pawlyboo, we do our best to get your order ready and on its way as quickly as possible!
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Standard Delivery takes around 8–15 business days to arrive.

Once your order is successfully placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all your order details.
If you don’t see it in your inbox, please double-check your spam or junk folder — and if it’s still missing, feel free to contact us for confirmation.

Kindly note that once your order has been shipped, we’re unable to make any changes to it.

Before completing your purchase, please make sure your shipping address is correct.
Pawlyboo is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will issue a refund for the item(s) excluding the shipping fee, and you may place a new order with the corrected information.
